Therapy isn't all about challenges and obstacles- even in good times therapy is a wonderful form of self care.
In the same way one might seek out a body massage due to pain, sometimes getting a massage can be an indulgence in carving out time to focus on yourself.
In my care, we will work together to address whatever area of focus you like; growing your confidence, increasing insight, and creating more fulfillment in your relationships with others and within yourself.
