Clinical Supervision

Building a strong foundation as an early career therapist is vital, and I’m here to support you through it. As a clinical supervisor, I’m committed to helping you develop your clinical skills, deepen cultural awareness, and navigate the complexities of both institutional systems and client work. Together, we’ll explore areas of privilege, oppression, and identity to enrich your clinical competency and personal insight.

Using the Discrimination Model, Relational Alliance Model, and Relational Cultural Theory, I focus on providing an engaging and truly supportive supervision experience tailored to your development. We’ll address self-of-the-therapist issues, support your mental health, and build a supervision relationship grounded in trust, safety, and honest reflection. Clinical supervision should not only foster your technical growth but also provide a space for you to explore complex, ethical challenges and self-reflection within the therapeutic work.

I offer both individual and group supervision for Marriage and Family (LMFT) and Professional Counselor (LPC) associate therapists seeking licensure across the state of Oregon. My approach is integrative, client-centered, and developmentally appropriate, with a strong emphasis on systemic awareness and vicarious resilience to help prevent burnout. I draw from a rich background in attachment-based, systems-focused, and social constructivist orientations, with specialization in Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory, all of which I incorporate into my work with supervisees.

All supervision is provided via video telehealth in order to increase access to diverse voices and services across Oregon.

Supervision Services Offered:

  • Individual Supervision: $150/hour, with discounted rates for clinicians working in community mental health settings.

  • Group Supervision:  $75/hour, available for those interested in collaborative learning and peer support in a small group setting.

To find the right fit, I offer a free consultation to discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have.

If you're ready to build a meaningful and effective foundation for your therapeutic career, I’d be honored to support you. Please contact me to start this collaborative journey in supervision.
